These are the publicly available child-safety standards for Secret Chat, operated by Suyong Park. They apply to every user, message, image, video, profile, report, and other interaction on the Service.
Zero tolerance means zero exceptions
Secret Chat strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We will take appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content or conduct, including removal, account enforcement, evidence preservation, and reports to the appropriate authority where required.
What these terms cover
- Child means anyone under 18.
- CSAE includes conduct or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking, solicitation, and coercion.
- CSAM includes any visual depiction—photo, video, illustration, manipulated media, or computer-generated imagery—of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or otherwise constituting child sexual abuse material under applicable law.
Whether content is described as fictional, generated, private, consensual, or shared “as a joke” does not create an exception where it exploits or sexualizes a child.
Never create, request, or share it
Users must not use Secret Chat to:
- Create, upload, store, send, request, trade, sell, link to, normalize, or distribute CSAM.
- Groom a child, arrange sexual contact, solicit sexual imagery, or move a child to another channel for exploitation.
- Threaten to expose intimate content, demand money or more content, or engage in any form of sextortion.
- Sexualize a child through messages, profiles, role-play, generated content, altered imagery, or comments.
- Facilitate child sexual trafficking, compensated exploitation, or instructions that enable abuse.
- Impersonate a child or adult to facilitate exploitation, evade safety measures, retaliate against a reporter, or conceal evidence.
Attempted conduct is prohibited even if no content is ultimately exchanged.
Report inside the App
- Open the relevant user’s profile or conversation options.
- Select Report.
- Choose the child sexual abuse reason or provide the clearest available reason and details.
- Use Block to stop further contact.
The in-app report is sent without requiring you to leave Secret Chat. You may also email the dedicated contact at kalnalvid@gmail.com. Include the relevant nickname or user code, approximate date and time, and what occurred. Do not download, copy, resend, or attach suspected CSAM merely to prove the report.
Email the safety contactWhat happens after a report
We prioritize credible child-safety reports and may take one or more of the following actions based on the available evidence, urgency, and law:
- Restrict access to reported content while it is reviewed.
- Remove content and prevent further delivery or access.
- Warn, limit, suspend, or permanently ban involved accounts and associated identifiers.
- Preserve relevant account, report, message, and technical records where lawful and necessary.
- Report confirmed or suspected CSAM and related conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the competent regional child-protection authority as required.
- Cooperate with valid legal requests and emergency disclosure processes.
We may not disclose investigation details, reporter identity, enforcement signals, or preserved evidence when doing so could compromise safety, privacy, an investigation, or legal obligations.
We follow child-safety laws
Secret Chat maintains a process to address CSAM after obtaining actual knowledge and to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority where required. We respond to lawful preservation and disclosure requests and update our procedures as applicable law and platform standards evolve.
Nothing in this policy limits our ability to take faster or broader protective action when we reasonably believe a child or another person is at risk.
Handle evidence carefully
Safety reports and related information are processed for review, enforcement, user protection, legal compliance, and prevention of repeat abuse. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. Records may be retained longer than ordinary chat or media retention when needed for an active investigation, legal preservation, enforcement, or defense of rights.
See the Privacy Policy for broader information about data handling and user rights.
Secret Chat is not for children
The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. A user who is under 18, misrepresents age, or uses an account to contact or exploit a child may be removed. An adult-only rating does not reduce our obligation to maintain and enforce these child-safety standards.
